Bulgaria's pearl of a mountain resort Bansko has prepared various events to try and lure Sofia citizens to its slopes and taverns.

Sofia Mayor Boyko Borissov and his Bansko counterpart Alexander Kravarov will present the festive days in the capital that will go under the motto "Bansko visits Sofia".

Over 250 people from the mountain resort will hold concerts filled with traditional folklore dances and songs from the region. Bansko chefs will also display their specialties, while hotels will present their hot offers.
