Great Location

Very well located just off the main street in Bansko which leads to the gondola, these offers are certainly not in the middle of nowehere. They have good access to bars, mehanas and ski facilities which is very important if you are to have a self-catering holiday.

Nestled in the foothills of the spectacular Pirin Mountain range, the beautiful and historic town of Bansko can be found. This highly attractive town is packed full of history. Wander down just about any street or turn any corner and some charming property can be found or historic monument. First set up by the Thracians many hundreds of years ago, the Romans and Byzantines have also left their mark on the town.

Bansko is not just a pretty town but is now also famous for its great skiing. The Pirin mountains are regularly compared with the French Alps due to their similarity. Due to the alpine character, skiing conditions here are excellent and Bansko is seeing very extensive investment already to turn it into one of the best ski resorts in Bulgaria. New ski lifts have already been installed and the amount of ski runs are being expanded constantly. Snow making facilities have recently been improved and skiing can now last into early May. Due to this very extensive investment, the Bansko area is one of the best places to buy into. This complex is around a 10 minute walk from ski lift. Taxis and buses are available if you are carrying ski equipment.

If you want a completely hassle free holiday, then there is no ned to cook either for Bansko is famous for having a large number of traditonal style 'Mehanas' which offer great value and quality food for very little.

Tariff and Booking

Bookings will be accpeted closer to completion time and the complex is scheduled to be ready for rent in January 2006. Prices will start from 200 Euros per peak week for studios and prices will be published shortly.
