Borovets is a short bus or taxi ride away and the Samokov is a bustling town with a wide range of restaurants, shops and facilities. Perfect for your stay in the Rila mountains!

As mentioned before, the apartment has been completely redone to high Western standards to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment can sleep up to six and has 2 double bedrooms. So if a group of 5 or 6 visit, then the cost only works out at only a few pounds per person per night, which is unbeatable value.

A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances is at your disposal as well as a good sized living room to relax in after a days skiing on Borovets pistes.

There is another 2 bed penthouse above and for larger groups, depending on availability, could also be rented out providing accommodation for 12 people in total!

This apartment can be rented for:

- 250.00 GBP per week during the period: 16 December 2007 - 31 March 2008

- 175.00 GBP per week for the rest of the year.

Rates include: rent of the apartment for a week, Sofia airport pick-up and return, cleaning of the apartment and linen/towels change once a week, support of an Apartment manager, all utility bills.

Discounts are available for booking both apartments.

Facilities

Property is centrally heated and as mentioned before, the kitchen is fully fitted. These apartments are perfect for self-catering use.

Both bedrooms have two single beds and there is also a sofa bed available for an extra two people.

In the living room there is a TV and DVD player along with plush sofas.

In summer, the large balcony his property has is a great place to sit out on and enjoy the mountain views that this apartment benefits from.

Also at your disposal is a garage for one car but we cannot guarantee availability as it is shared with the penthouse above. But plenty of roadside parking is available.

Nearby is the Samokov bus station which can take you to Sofia city and its international port for very little. Journeys are around 1 hour in length and taxis are also widely available throughout the town and are also great value.

The villa manager who will be at hand throughout your stay will be pleased to advise you on trips, places to eat out etc. Should you have any problems, he will also be pleased to help.
