Building parameters:

Sequoia II luxury apartment house is designed in the architectural style of Borovets using natural materials such as stone and wood. The resemblance of Old Bulgarian traditions in architecture is combined with all modern requirements for isolation, easy access and superior service. The building is completed with first-class finishing works on the common parts, luxury elevator and own gas central heating system. The completed apartments include mounted doors, radiators, fitted carpet in the corridors. Each room is equipped with laminated parquet flooring; the walls are coated and painted.
Some of the extra services at your disposal in the hotel part of the complex are: SPA centre, gym, 24 hour security and reception desk, heated indoor swimming-pool, Irish pub, restaurant, ski centre and depot, medical centre. As an owner of an apartment you will have a personal ski locker in the common ski depot on the ground floor.
The building was granted a permission for use in the end of 2007 and it is already available to accommodate its new residents.

The total built-up area of the building is 3,527.3 sq.m, of which:
- 22 one-bedroom apartments with sizes
ranging from 59,2 sq.m to 91,5 sq.m.
- 14 two-bedroom apartments with sizes
ranging from 78,1 sq.m. to 105.5 sq.m.

Furnishings:

Apartments come without furniture and bathrooms are finished with tiles but without sanitary wear.
For 75 EUR per square meter (with VAT) in addition, developer offer furnishing of the apartments and fit sanitary wear in the bathrooms.

Location and Local Attractions

Sequoa II apartment house is located in Borovets, the oldest and the largest mountain resort in Bulgaria. Situated in northern slopes of Rila mountain among magnificent pine woods, Borovets is located at the foot of the highest peak on Balkan Peninsula Moussala (2925 m).
The winter resort Borovets is the Alpine resort providing excellent opportunities for a full range of winter sports - from the Alpine sports to cross - country skiing, ski - jumps and biathlon. The ski runs of various difficulty are suitable for all, be they beginners, intermediate, advanced or expert skiers.
The One of the most ambitious projects to be undertaken in Bulgaria, the Super Borovets project aims to expand the current resort of Borovets and turn it into an all year round international holiday destination. Super Borovets project provides for the construction of additional 36 km of ski tracks (which will total 78km in total), new ski lifts, improvement in infrastructure, 15 000 bed facilities, and shopping centres.
Borovets ski resort is a National Park which is world legacy and is one of the largest preserved territories in Europe. This guarantees you that it will not be overbuilt like Bansko ski resort and some seaside resorts, which in return means no oversupply of properties in future and favourable returns.
