For anyone interested in renting, this is a major plus point. Whereas the coastal area shuts down in winter, Bansko ski resort remains very much alive all year round with a fast growing winter trade. Ski resorts have traditionally been great places to visit all year round- the Alps certainly do not stop trading in summer, and Bansko is no exception. The famous Pirin Hotel is only 200m away and there you can find further facilities.
