As mentioned throughout this site, the Borovets area is to be targeted with a very extensive 300-400 million Euro redevelopment plan titled the 'Super Borovets Project'. The title does say it all. By 2009, when works are scheduled to be finished on the resort, it will be unrecognisable. It will have bee turned into an all year round winter and summer resort with top quality facilities. Of course, this project is going to push prices up in this particular area up a great deal. But our property finders have managed to locate this bargain of a plot. At a larger than average building plot size, this 750m2 plot can more than accommodate a large villa. Plot is flat and of a good shape- ideal for building on. All mains connection points are very close by, including phone connection. Since it is regulation, building permission shouldn't be a problem to obtain. Location and Local Attractions Plot is located in Belchin village, an increasingly popular place for second home buyers to purchase in since not only is it close ot Borovets, but it is only 1km from the famous Belchinski Bani Spa! As a result, this plot is already desirable. Village centre is only 200m away and it has the basic amenities and a cafe. It has all year round potential since you can visit the Belchinski Bani spa and its swimming pool in summer (and winter). There is also another swimming pool complex not too far away (which is popular with some famous Bulgarian personalities). Then in winter time there is of course Borovets (25kms away) for skiing.
