Borovetz and Sofia have submitted a bid to be the venue for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Voted "Best for intermediates" by the Daily Mail, 13 November, 2004: "Adept marketing in recent years has given this Bulgarian destination the highest profile of all Eastern European resorts... Its 40 km of pistes offer more challenge than any others in Bulgaria". As you can see, there is no better or safer place to invest in than this area and this plot is a prime example of a quality purchase at a great price. Only 28 km to Borovetz and 13 km from Dolna Banya, the village of Ochusha is ideally placed close to Bulgaria's international ski resort and a major new golf development, thus affording year-round activities.
