The last house in Maritsa village is 150m-200m away and plot is accessed via a bridge over the Maritsa river. The main Borovets-Dolna Bania road is 300m away and plot is access from this via a secondary road. Borovets is just 13kms away, Dolna Banya town is 10kms away and the Ibar Golf Course is 14kms away. Samokov is 23kms away and Sofia is 83kms away.
