Description of Property Charming mountain chalet close to completion! Located in a popular village, you will find this log cabin of a house, situated on a good 697 sq.m flat plot. The built area of the house is 70 sq.m. Built from wood with a concrete foundation, consisting of one floor, and a lovely terrace to enjoy the fresh air. The house is finished from the outside, but unfinished inside. The frame work is from PVC, the roof has been made from quality materials, and the whole house inside has been thermo insulated with mineral wading. The house consists of one big living room, with a kitchenette, bed room and a bathroom, but as it stands it is just a shell. To be provided the inside of the house is to be finished with gypsum cardboard on the walls and the ceiling. The roof will be finished with wooden boards. The heating in the house will be provided, with either a air condition or some kind of radiators. But there will not be a fireplace or wooden stove. This is where the vendor will stop the work. The vendor states that an additional €15,000 is required to finish the property off; however; we advise the buyer to obtain other quotes. Water, electricity and a sewage system are not connected to the property. The owner has the documents ready for the accounts of the water and the electricity and they will be transferred to the new owners when the sale happens as the house is not finished yet (doesn’t have the Act 16). Location and Local Attractions The property is located on a secondary road which is tarmac and is about 10m from the main road to Samokov and Belchinski Bani Spa (just 3kms away). The property is 100 m away from the center of the village and there is a pub, shops and a café. The property is very near to Palakaria river – it is about 5min. by walking. This area has become a very popular place to set up your holiday home, the area offers activities for all the family through out the year, with skiing in the winter, and walking, swimming, sailing etc in the summer, and basically just enjoying the sheer beauty of the unspoilt area. This is one of the regions that you can just get up and walk and enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surrounding, and see nothing but wildlife for miles. The famous ski region of Borovets is 25km away, offering international standard ski slopes. The large town of Samokov is 15kms which offers all the facilities one would need. The international airport at Sofia is just 55kms away, accessible within an hour.
