There are three payment plans to choose from which can better suit you financial situation while offering extra discounts.

Furniture packs are available at the following prices:

Studio: 4500 Euros
One beds: 6000 Euros 

Payment Plan

Deposit: 1 000€ for 3 to 4 weeks

30% on signing of the preliminary contract
30% on signing of act 14 – approximately September 2007
40% on issuing of act 15 – approximately July 2008

35% on signing of the preliminary contract
35% on issuing of act 14 – approximately September 2007
30% on issuing of act 15 – approximately July 2008
* If the client chooses this way of payment they will receive 5% discount from the price

50% on signing of the preliminary contract
30% on issuing of act 14 – approximately September 2007
20% on issuing of act 15 – approximately July 2008
• If the client chooses this way of payment they will receive 8% discount from the price

Full price will be entered into Notary Deed and all apartments are being sold with endless lease.

Maintenance charge is 10 Euros per m2 per annum not including VAT. This will include expenses for lighting, as well as the expenses for maintenance of the electricity and water systems in the common parts; annual inspection of the roof and its repairing if necessary; supervision and replacement of window panes when necessary; cleaning the common parts of the Complex, such as staircases, corridors, grounds, etc.; janitor services.

The aforementioned maintenance and management fee does include the costs for insurance and security of the Complex, which shall be settled in a contract. The fee does not include the individual expenses for heating, electricity and water for any of the apartments, that shall be at the expense of and paid by the apartment owner on a monthly basis, or any expenses for state and local taxes and/or charges and rental expenses that might be due by the owner according to the legislation in force.

Completion is scheduled for October 2008.
