Prices include VAT and full prices will be entered into Notary Deeds. Borovets Apartments and chalets are being sold freehold and furniture packs will be available at a later date. Building works will start in April 2008 and are scheduled to complete in April 2009. Prices are expected to rise by 10% at the start of construction works.
According to plans of the Super Borovets project, a ski lift will be constructed 250m from the development site that will lead straight to Borovets ski resort. An 18 hole golf course is also planned a short walk away from the site which cements this project\'s all year round appeal. Location and Local Attractions

In summertime, hiking and horse riding excursions leave Govedartsi and Malyovitsa (aswell as Borovets) to go deep into the Rila Mountains.
