The First Floor features Open-plan L-shaped lounge with wood-burning stove, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, with patio door to balcony. The balcony area is a full 12 m² and is designed for outdoor Summer eating. This is the ideal place to locate a barbecue or even a hot-tub!
Second Floor
The Second Floor “Master Suite” has a spacious “Penthouse” bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, (can also be configured with bath), walk-in wardrobe & its own balcony the length of the house. The Banya - 1 bed apartment

Designed for up to 4 people, with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The “Banya” provides maximum enjoyment of the spectacular mountain views from the open-plan living area and 2 terraces.
Apartment
The apartment features entry door, entrance vestibule, under-stair storage cupboard, double bedroom and separate bathroom comprising WC and shower, Open-plan lounge with wood-burning stove, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, with patio door to balcony. 

To sum up, there are 18 houses with size of the plot that starts from 218 sq. m. to 363 sq. m. The apartments will be available at a later date. Each one will be individual and will benefit from its own garden (plot of land). 

Payment Plan

2500 Euro – reservation fee.
35% - upon signing the Preliminary Contract
35% - when issuing Act 14
30% - when issuing Act 16 – this is about 6 months after signing. 

Properties can be purchased either freehold or with endless lease. Full price will be entered into the Notary Deeds and maintenance charges will be confirmed later.
