This busy mountain town is regarded as one of the most popular Eastern European ski resorts with new ski facilities. The benefit of buying in a town such as Bansko is that there are things to do all year round; the resort is not closed in summer but bars, restaurants and hotels stay open all year. Sofia city is 160kms away.
