Location and Local Attractions

The Simeonovo distric of Sofia is only 7kms from Sofia international and a short bus ride from the city centre. The bright lights of the city are not the only attraction for buying in this particular district; ski facilities are being developed close by including a ski lift leading up to the runs in Vitosha mountain. Sofia's main business park is also only a 5 minute drive away and public transport is well developed in this locale.
