The plot is well shaped and flat and is 927 m2 in size. Currently it is not regulated and is classed as agriculatural land so would need to be converted in order to apply for building permission. Location and Local Attractions Out of the Rila mountain villages in the Samokov and Borovets region, Govedarti is the largest as it has ski facilities, it is a mini-resort in its own right. The scenery around is truley breath taking and the village benefits from having numerous facilities which includes ski rentals, restauants, hotels and shops. The basic amenities and more are readily available here. The beautiful Cherni Iskar river flows through the centre of the village and it\'s typical of Rila Mountain rivers. Many overlook the fact that Govedartsi is the closest residential area to the budding ski resort of Malyiovitsa. This resort is not too well known to Western tourists but should should not be overlooked as the skiing is great. There are ski lifts and quality ski runs that benefit from having substantial snow coverage from December through until beginning of April. In summer, Malyovitsa is equally worth visiting as the scenery is truly stunning.
