Who are we?
We at Skipropertybg.com are very open about who we are, providing photos of all staff and offices.
This is not something you will find on the majority of Bulgarian property websites but we have nothing
to hide and isn’t better to put a face to the name? For full photos, click on the ‘About Us’ section
at the top of this page.
Our head of the Building Services department is Elina Tatcheva and she is responsible for all related
activities. Overseeing everything from surveys and quotes to project management, she is always there to
give clients full support. She is in contact with the local builders, Borovets construction Ltd in
particular, everyday and having lived in the Samokov/Borovets region all her life, her local knowledge
is excellent.
The aim of our Building Services section is to ensure that you as the client get the best service and
competitive prices in the Samokov/Borovets region. With a relatively short period of time for building
(the snow means all major works must halt), Borovets builders are hard to come by and if you are lucky
enough to get a reliable builder, there is likely to be a waiting list. This is why we have teamed up
with the areas best builders, Borovets Construction Ltd, who give priority to our clients. In a ski resort
area that is about to be massively expanded with new properties, where builders are in short supply, this is a vital service.
